Some of the topic icons are ones that are chosen by the OP - I quite often use them to suggest what the post is about.

Truth is I do not know myself what they all are, It is a plug-and-play set-up, and this was the cleanest one that I found that looked almost modern!

Yes 25 is Hot Topic (I set that).

I will add it to the list, and see if I can work something out.

I'm trying to work out what all of the different topic icons mean. They're helpful if you know but not if you don't. Could you add a legend to the topic icons used on the board, possibly in 'How To Use The Boards'? Or a tool tip on mouseover?

Some of the icon variants and meanings I've seen are;

red circle - all posts read
blue circle - some unread posts
red flame inside circle - hot topic read
blue flame inside circle - hot topic unread posts
padlocks on edge of circle - locked
small circle on edge - includes subforums
star on edge - posted in topic
exclamation mark inside - sticky topic
i inside circle - information ?
i on edge of circle - information ?
orange flame on edge of circle - ?
question mark on edge - ?
right facing arrow inside - forum link ?
lightbulb on edge - ?

and there may be others which haven't been used yet. The default hot topic trigger is at 25 posts.

Not all of the ones used on this site are listed. It looks as though different icon pack is being used but they are quite easy to compare.
