Evening all, Read the RNS again fully. Management participation is £108k aggregate. At ~15% discount they are getting to participate at approx £15k discount to the relevant closing price calculation basis equiv of £127k, in TOTAL. Let's say that's across 5 individuals so a saving of £3k each. Hardly...
