Re: Greatland Gold in Daily Mail/This is Money AGAIN today
Did nobody tell them that SD hopes to fund Havieron from Telfer production 🤷♂️ GREATLAND GOLD Northern Star Resources is Australia’s second largest gold miner. Worth more than £15 billion, the group’s share price rose around ten-fold between 2014 and 2019, when Shaun Day was chief financial officer...

Take anything they say with a big pinch of salt ... they missed out that Newmont hold 20% .. that's a huge error !

Re: Greatland find great results at Telfer
I can see this leapfrogging hav as the next mining planning priority. Amazing to have to push a resource like hav to the back burner, so to speak. SD has already stated that getting Telfer life extended will be a priority .. so I can see this being developed quicker as there seems to be less work t...

Re: Transformed: The New Lens
Production will continue or we run out of ore so thst will affect the AISC, plus that gap between Telfer ore and Hav ore has to be filled . But yes the stockpiled ore will reduce the overall AISC 👍 what that is we don't know yet .. but even at $1450 it's still exceptional in todays gold market . IM...

Re: Did GGP just close the Greatest gold deal in history?!? 💥💥
I think with the updated Telfer MRE and 1Q production figures, we will pass the required price 11p to gain entry into the ASX, hearing different comments re what was said in the town hall, so we will just have to wait and see...

Re: Did GGP just close the Greatest gold deal in history?!? 💥💥
SD has stated he wants to list on the ASX BEFORE consolidation, also just because you have a consolidation down of your shares does not always mean the reverse on dividends. Hi Lennie - I'm not sure I recall SD ever saying that consolidation would come after ASX - are you able to provide a referenc...

Also 1.5p on 13bn shares is £195,000,000 I don't think you are going to see GGP pay out those kind of dividends in a hurry ! A lot had got to happen before that does .. so dream on. You may get 1.5p on 1.3bn shares if you are lucky !

Re: Havieron Decline
Or they could be exhaust vents and fresh air is drawn in via the decline .. seems more likely as the tubes are more stable that way.

Hydro they wont be one inlet and one outlet, they will both be inlets and the decline itself will be the outlet.

Re: Question Havieron and the Telfer
Can Telfer be operated at a profit?
Yes it is already and with current gold prices definitely yes !
How long before any reinstatement cost need to be paid?
At the end of mine life .. so not for a long time !
Will reinstatement in say the next three years make Telfer unprofitable?
No ..see above !

Re: This is a very different story now. Adding the Haul Shaft was Key
Shiny bits .. I worked in a copper mine 4450 ft deep with ore being extracted on various levels fro 1380 .. down to 4400 . In all my time there the conveyor belt and hoists never stopped unless there was a fault, when mining on different levels there is a continuous flow of ore to the crusher and he...

Shinybits ... thx for the info .. I had to laugh at your mention of topsoil .. I think it is desert and there are tons of sand all around .. so I would not worry too much that
depending on how it is done and not to ruin the habitats !

Re: The Power of ROFR (Rights of First Refusal) 💥💥💥
Zoros.. I am sure SD is well aware of that and would expect a yearly accumulation of funds to cover there's costs from profits .. which again can be claimed against tax .. Telfer could be given away at a cost to Newmont towards the decommissioning ., which would reduce the cost of 70% of Hav .. it d...
