Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
The setting of the AGM date in mid December shows great confidence that the 'early December' date for the completion will be achieved.

Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
Thanks, Irish. Good to be reminded about this (and my brain is glad it is just a summery ;) !). J This is a summary of the terms of agreement for the acquisition, most of which seem to have been satisfied. Sorry for the format not being so friendly, I had to copy and paste from the Web into word and...

Re: FIRB Newmont approval - Greatland Gold
No information. Bit I was thinking about this yesterday as the price dropped and now It may be the only thing holding up our expected RNS. J Several weeks ago I read that Greatland had been approved by FIRB for foreign investment but Newmont approval was still pending. I haven't seen anything furthe...

Re: GGP Updated Share Information
Certainly looks like shorting today (though I'm still topping up into the 'falling knife'! ) I see Berenberg have upped us 1p to 7p. J Hydro et all Seen a post on LSE today that the volume lent out has increased substantially suggesting shorting via the likes of Actus Ray may have increased Are ther...

Re: Mid Cap
Excellent news that Telfer's 'up and running' again with the 'problems' solved. Another 'unknown' out of the way. Needs to run successfully for two weeks to satisfy conditions of purchase Hopefully we will take ownership early on October and if I read it right anything produced in that period will b...

Re: Vote on 30 Sept meeting
Added note: The reason I have concerns about the ISA holding is because of what this current UK goverment might do in future. J John If the UK listing was cancelled you can still hold ASX listed shares in your ISA. They will be in Aussie dollars but can be traded through currency conversion or FX ch...

Re: Vote on 30 Sept meeting
I agree with all you said - especially the float onto the main market as we will have a rreasonable market cap. John If the UK listing was cancelled you can still hold ASX listed shares in your ISA. They will be in Aussie dollars but can be traded through currency conversion or FX charges. Greatland...

Re: Vote on 30 Sept meeting
I will definitely vote for all the actions, with the company's (and my) future in mind. I don't really care about the placing price. This process is progressive and characteristic of SD who I respect. We are not hanging about on this; just three weeks after news we vote on the whole thing and become...

Re: Question Havieron and the Telfer
Maybe the closer the decline gets to the ore the higher the price for buying the mine. ;) J Be nice to start 3rd quarter with a few RNS's 1st, RNS to start with the restart of decline, 2nd RNS with terms of deal and confirmation fully funded 3rd next RNS saying one of the other areas has something w...

Re: Welcome to 'Goldilocks' for Gold.. 🔥
It's always nice to think about the fact that every additional dollar in the price of cold is pure profit for GGP. The total works cost per ounce for was already low. I wondered how much that cost has changed with recent and ongoing inflation in mining, ore transportation and milling costs.
