There are a number of conditions to the acquisition being concluded but some can be waived. Shaun did share that Nov 1st might be a potential date but not definitively. https://greatlandgold.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/AIM-Admission-Document-10-Sep-2024.pdf *AIM Admission Doc:- - Definitions page...

Re: ASX Listing
I definitely don't recall Shaun stating that listing was delayed due to ASX requiring a raise, more so the decision to divest both assets by Newmont seemed to help be a factor in delaying the listing IMO. You can check the regs and process in the links in my previous post for cross and dual listing ...

Re: ASX Listing
I think personally at this stage if asking about a potential raise on ASX listing then you'll get a polite 'nothing is planned but if for any reason this makes sense it may be considered' type reply as he has in past guys. The Perfect Strategy?
I think pondering more on how they’ve set up the deal, in many ways an absolutely fantastic deal from their perspective as the team have set GGP up quickly for future regional dominance with a very very decent price tag and this is true for us too. And even better for the company and Wyloo, they als...

Re: Deal done - and set to release
Good summation by Charles Archer IMO in article below. https://miningaim.co.uk/charles-archer-blog/f/greatland-gold-dissecting-the-deal My thoughts were of late that any deal would be technically accretive but time may be required for some to see shareholder value and seems how things have turned ou...

Just for reference - this was the correspondence received a few months ago confirming plans. Of course as with everything - stated plans can change, but I feel it likely both assets will be sold as planned together.

Re: The HaveTelf purchase timeline
Francis You don't seem to comprehend some key observations, although I understand your original point about the ownership stake that is held currently: 1/ The 5%price determination was not a true FMV albeit it seems to have still served as a price discovery event in some regards to the general marke...

Re: The HaveTelf purchase timeline
It was a bit more complicated than that Francis, the 5% determination was made with several factors that precluded it from being a true reflection of FMV. Except from an older post: The 5% had a few limitations in scope that GGP had to combat to achieve even this modest $60m including but not limite...
