The ASx listing is a ,cross-listing, I believe. AIM remains the principle market, but shares cam also be bought on the ASX. Why would an asx listing require a fresh raise? Can't shares just be bought on the open market if the ausie institutions want in? Will any such raise be just more dilution?

Not sure it's a done deal as yet, but he did seem very confident. He made a big point of the right of last refusal clause being a big disincentive for anyone else to bid. They would have to go through time-consuming due diligence, come up with a value, present their offer, only for Newmont to ask Sh...

This recent RNS surprised me. Why would the proposed ASX listing require a capital raise? I was at the most recent Town Hall and don't recall this being mentioned.

Just instructed HL to vote in favour of all resolutions in respect of my 1.628m shares. Awaiting their confirmation message.

Via a serial ramper called Stubbsy on the Mariana Resources board. Waited a while until I first bought at 0.0045p. Could have bought at 0.0011 p. Currently hold 1.588m
