The ASx listing is a ,cross-listing, I believe. AIM remains the principle market, but shares cam also be bought on the ASX. Why would an asx listing require a fresh raise? Can't shares just be bought on the open market if the ausie institutions want in? Will any such raise be just more dilution?

Not sure it's a done deal as yet, but he did seem very confident. He made a big point of the right of last refusal clause being a big disincentive for anyone else to bid. They would have to go through time-consuming due diligence, come up with a value, present their offer, only for Newmont to ask Sh...

This recent RNS surprised me. Why would the proposed ASX listing require a capital raise? I was at the most recent Town Hall and don't recall this being mentioned.
