Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
I understand your frustration at the stockpile getting depleted, that goes for us all. Let us hope that the deal is done soon. What I posted earlier was facts and figures from the Aim Admission Document which sounded great if it was to work out that way. At the time of posting I did not think too mu...

Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
Got calculation in last post wrong.
It would be nearer 63 million Australian dollars.
I counted it at 624 million ozs (I wish) instead of 426 million ozs.

Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
Hi Rotherby
Let us hope the gold price continues upwards.
Another 100 US dollars per ounce would give US62 million more from the stockpile or another 93 million Australian dollars towards Havieron costs.

Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
Exciting times indeed. When these Telfer tenements get signed over and the deal is done GGP will be debt free and have approx. A$123 million of working capital Newcrest/Newmont JV loan of US$52.4 million repaid Wyloo loan of A$7.1 million repaid which was the o/s balance (including capitalized inter...

Re: ASX Listing
I think an ASX listing might actually be A$0.20 cents minimum, if it was applicable, and not A$12 cents which I put in my post.

Re: ASX Listing
When the takeover of Telfer and the other 70% of Havieron (GGP then 100%) is complete and Newmont get their 20.4% of Greatland gold shares there will be just over 13 billion in issue. Shaun previously intimated that a share consolidation may happen at some time in the future to reduce the number of ...

Thank you very much Shinybits for your response.
You are a great help to the likes of me and others who have no knowledge of processing mills.

Re: Our Expectations now we are a Tier 1 Miner
Shinybits I hope you do not mind me asking but back in March Telfer Mill had a Christmas wish list from an observer which was to upgrade the SAG cyclo converters The stacker substations and The cyclone feed pump VSD's , although at that time the existing gear was doing a great job being well served ...

If the UK listing was cancelled you can still hold ASX listed shares in your ISA.
They will be in Aussie dollars but can be traded through currency conversion or FX charges.
Greatland may take a main market UK listing as AIM has not been good for us.

Re: ASX Listing
I personally do not think there will be another raise when the ASX cross listing happens. The 4.8p was painful for longer term holders but we have a tremendous opportunity ahead of us now and in control of our own destiny if the takeover is passed. We also have a very capable board of directors to s...

After the 4.8p raise consolidation might need to be more than 1 for 10 to get it over £1.00.

Re: ASX Listing
I do not think a placing is required in a cross listing, it would be optional. They can turn to the 3 Australian banks who are backing them if they need more money which was upscaled to A$700,000 and none of it used yet. Consolidation is probably inevitable as there will be over 13 billion shares in...

Re: Tailings Dams
I am sure Newmont would like to sell Telfer and 70% of Haviron linked together but it would be down to Greatland whether this happens or not. Greatlands ROFR is only linked to Newmonts 70% share of Havieron and not Telfer, if they go ahead with its sale. There may already be some sort of early agree...

Re: Considering counter measures to combat issues such as inflation in the DFS
If NCM somehow decided not to mine I think it would be a huge mistake on their part, and give Greatland and its backers an opportunity to purchase the other 70% of Havieron at fair value. I just cannot see this happening. What is a fair price? US$ 60 million was regarded as too high a hurdle to pay ...

Re: Sprott not a fan of NCM
According to Simply Wall St on 22nd July the general public hold 48.6% of GGP shares in issue. Institutions hold 50.5% and private companies, insiders and public companies hold the rest. I am also of the opinion that this share will continue to be shorted until NCM try to buy our 25%. Would be happi...

Re: When your MD does the ramping.
I have done a rough calculation on 20 million ozs of gold ( if Havieron is to be that much) and am probably wildly wrong in what I have come up with and will need correction but 20 million ozs is 5 million to GGP (25%). 5 million ozs at say a Margin of $1200. (Gold price $1800 less $600 production c...

Have keep watching GGP ever since the Havieron find but never thought the share price would fall so much.
Made first of several purchases from late march till now this year.
