EPA assessment approach decision

There has finally been some movement on the EPA website regarding the application for phase 2 of the mine at Havieron.

It has been in stasis since December but a decision has been made on the assessment approach and the outcome published on the 7th July.

I'm not sure what "assessment by preliminary documentation" refers to but it's great to see that there is finally some movement on this - looking forward to seeing the detailed submissions for the "mining closure plan".
