24/07/22 - HAV east of decline workings

Post by strudel »

I confess I've always been a bit dubious about the activity just east of the decline that PaddyG (and probably others) have been busy spotting as new drill locations. I'm suspicious we are admiring a lorry park rather than drilling rigs....

I have now succumbed to the belief that there may indeed be drilling in this area..... although the fact they are spreading, not much, in a southerly direction is not what would've convinced me they are drilling - I'd be happier of they were spaced out along a north-west to south-east line.

Hi Strudel
They mentioned in the quarterly report having trouble with the water in the Decline.
I would have expected far more bore holes surrounding it to draw water away from it.
There seems a lot of water in that pit close by perhaps that’s where they are pumping it to

8th Sept JORC report mentioned HAD156 and HAD160 - which are, when the eastings and northings are plotted - start just east of the decline workings.

They are drill locations and not just a lorry park. PaddyG is correct again.
