Malvern meet up
Malvern meet up
Small meet up with Goldworm and friend last night.
Had a great night chatting about the geology, I learnt a few things.
One thing he said was that gold flows easily and can come from a great distance , nickel and cobalt comes from certain rocks/ strata and doesn’t and normally comes from depth .
We all felt a lot more comfortable with our investment from that meet up

Re: Malvern meet up
From my friend Roger who was there
“FWIW,I.feel more comfortable with my GGP investment after being in the company of Bamps and Goldworm last night, ok I admit I understood little to nothing of their tech talk of which there was a lot!,but it was encouraging after such negative LSE rubbish.Maybe it was the alcohol, but I don't think so....Good luck all.”

Re: Malvern meet up
One story Goldworm told of driving down a Decline in a 4x4 , the walky talky came on to say a truck full of ore was coming up the decline, they had to slam the brakes on and put it into reverse sharpest as these trucks cannot stop. They will never get going again up the Decline.
Re: Malvern meet up
From Damien Stevens presentation last summer.
These drill holes from what Goldworm was saying when it reaches the underside of the cover , samples are taken from the first metre of the basement rock and this is what’s produced these series of images
Re: Malvern meet up
These 3 images are layered
First is the gold
Then gold copper
Then gold copper bismuth and tellurium

Re: Malvern meet up
If there is ever a full Meetup in Malvern, I might actually be able to get there
Re: Malvern meet up
A plan and 2 sections I’ve marked on where I think the drills we’re targeting
These images are magnetic and gravity anomalies
They must be doing downhole surveying far more than we all appreciated
Re: Malvern meet up
Peter you are always welcome
Re: Malvern meet up
Goldworm still excited by the triangle shape which is a reflection back to surface from the seismic survey on the Moodoo line.
ARV never reached it properly as it’s deep
Cover is 530m and they found some gold around 900m.
He says it’s some sort of intrusion, I asked him if it could be the source of Havieron and just got a big smile.
He went on to discuss further to the east where Javelin have licence, saying it looks really good but the depth of cover there is an issue 1,000m
Re: Malvern meet up
I asked him about Apollo and their recent find, and we both think their source could be under Scallywag. Further drills needed to confirm anything either way.
We are both convinced of a supergene at Pearl all the evidence we have so far indicates one.

Re: Malvern meet up
Referring to diorites at Havieron
Nothing has been published yet where these are in the Havieron ore body but they look to be in the Northern corridor.
Diorites can be super rich layers I think I can spot them in the drill logs especially on the north side near the Dyke, one is around 600m from surface with 0.3m @ 133g/t on drill 111,
There’s a few like that in the same position going downwards especially on drill 83
0.3 @ 637g/t at around 900m from surface

Re: Malvern meet up
Bamps,
What a great series of posts. Just the thing to lighten the load of the doomsters on LSE for the weekend and beyond. I don't pretend to understand it all but I love the potential shown and the tie up with the Havieron adjacent prospects and the deep exploring.
Incidentally , I have loved Malvern - the hills especially - ever since I was about 13 years old walking the hills in a thunderstorm whilst on holiday and on my own - An almost religious experience with the protection of say my earth mother. A feeling I have never lost during my quite often visits and I feel the inspiration of Elgar and others that they must have had. A lovely place.

Hi Poniexpress
It was a great pleasure to meet Goldworm again.
I came away more at ease with my investment.
I’ve only looked at LSE once today and there are so many doom posts I haven’t looked since.
That Boards gone to pot.

Two different geologists...
Liam.
"One mine, three mining areas, a BEAST of an ore body"
