CK We're in full price discovery mode, the moment the deal is formally closed. I think £2.5 to £3bn (and maybe more) is about right owning 100% of a T1 asset producing over 500 koz and as a company 600 -700koz. But that's a way off. And it all depends on the cost of production. Bare in mind also that 60% off our gold is Hedged.

The DFS will help clarify the Mcap predictions once it's published.

But the company could become over valued relative to peers or otherwise. If GDX buy and the ASX200 and we make others indexes globally as a growth company things can change fast and we could see large moves.

That’s what I figured hydro, but you reckon it’s not gonna happen for a while yet? That’s what I’m after, an honest answer of where we’re more likely to be….so even though we’ll be producing b4 year end we won’t see a re rate till revenue is established which could be middle of next year? Hence my huge disappointment and feeling of dread if I need to sell shares to survive! Not the situation I wanted to be in but at least I know (if that’s what transpires) of where the sp will be this year 🙄
Thanks 👍

Just too early to say where this lands - a friend had a crack at calcs this am - based on being a producer as follows:

" I have been doing some multiples based on aisc of telfer at 1500, based on 2600, 3000 and 4000 gold. Where I get unstuck is converting annual cash flow to either ebitda or net profit, which a proper accountant might be able to factor. Assuming they equal (which I realise they don’t) using a multiple of 20, I get 44p, 60p and £1. "

Personally I think a multiple of 20 could be too much - maybe more like 11-12 but that said we are a massive GROWTH story now with a world class BOD and 100% owners of a world class 8.4moz Deposit that will be probably soon expanded to 10moz with underground drilling.

according to Nero Funds' Rusty Delroy 9/10th of a junior miners valuation is the market's 'belief' that a company will deliver.

I think at the moment the main non specialist market probably doesn't quite know WTF to think of GGP ....

However, its had its 'head turned' and I expect to see some big names appearing on the register in this placing along with Newmont. If they sat it out once the momentum picks up and she moves they will start buying .... so gawd knows where she lands now.

Like I said earlier - as of Monday GGP is a TOTALLY different beast.

Hi H2, spot on, an analyst said a few months ago that GGP would be worth 1 quid a share if they bought out Telfer. Didn't say how many shares in issue, but extrapolated to 13 billion then 40p looks about right with more to come when the dust settles so to speak. I need that quid to make it worthwhile in my present position. DM

Just look at this.... So much upside to come: Yellow circle NCM PFS price metrics ( by which the market values Havieron)
