I have been requested by several on the list to arrange a meet further North than Derby, this is it.

Derby meets have been very successful and as the last one at Derby was full, it was a time to look elsewhere (that is not to say we may not have another meet at Derby as it is a good location).

With another, we have obtained a location that hopefully will turn out to be as good, it has .

The meet will be on the afternoon of 31 May, room booked from 1 Pm I think there will be a lot to discuss with the development of Greatland.

I will be opening it up to others via the BB's over the next week.

It makes organising these easier if I have
Name, Email and location of people attending.

I have also found having the Alias used helps, but up to you on that.

Can you also indicate if you expect to eat before or after the meet, a presentation will most likely start after 2 to give a clue to the timings, nothing set in stone..

One month to go, a quick note to keep you informed.

Great uptake so far, surprising as first announced a couple of weeks ago, I did wonder if too early but it was not.

I will be releasing detail to all who have asked so far, once I have visited the premises, which now looks like next week at the earliest.

I will be confirming the acceptance of applications for seats at Meadowhall within the next few days a few final bits to sort out.


I was introduced at the Town Hall to several investors that expressed a wish to be included and I must stress that it is by Invite as the establishment who host us need to understand numbers.

It looks like having in excess of 50 in attendance, which makes it important that you are booked in, not least to ensure that there can adequately service us as to staffing and food.
