Absolutely Liam - thrilled with that RNS.

No overhang with the issue of shares for the next 2 years - boxes off another avenue of uncertainty.

Happy days - Paddy

Cracking RNS, was hoping that he would address the issue of those shares. Great job Shaun.

What a nice surprise RNS.

And with that our defence is almost complete. Once built it will be up there with the great catenaccio of the past.

Shaun shows again he is not only the right man for this job, he's ahead of the game and has a vision of what i want this great company to become. We'll stave off relegation...but we have a team to challenge now. We really do! Skies the limit... Just depends on your shade of blue!

Lovely day, Lovely place. Enjoy it!

Greatland removes uncertainty from Havieron deal

Greatland Gold has successfully renegotiated its obligations with respect to its 2016 acquisition of the Havieron project in Western Australia from private company Five Diggers.

The project is located on a mining lease held by the Joint Venture between Greatland and Newcrest Mining, and is currently in development.

Newcrest assumed management of the JV in 2019 and has since been undertaking the ore body definition and technical studies required to support regulatory approvals and investment decisions for a staged development plan.

The project, which contains a world-class ore body, provides Greatland with a strategic position in the Paterson Province, one of the leading frontiers for the discovery of Tier 1 gold-copper deposits...

Two of the five diggers are almost certainly former Havieron tenement owner Sam Garrett and Colin Bourke of Flynn Gold Ltd. The third being Peter Davis. Shaun struck a wonderful deal imo with FDL.

There's a lot of good history between the two so I wonder if they are considering a JV collaboration on the Firetower and Warrenttina tenements in Tasmania. Maybe sell our ground in exchange for some warrants you know a bit of a reciprocal agreement?

If you haven't watched this before, it's another 'classic' interview, back in 2019, and well worth watching! It's a chat between Andrew Scott of Proactive, and Sam Garrett, and it gives some valuable history on Havieron, how the agreement with Gervaise Heddle & Callum Baxter came into play, and about the local geology, and future potential!
