Just reading through messages on the Telegram pages, it looks like your either need to call them and give the instructions or you can do through webchat.

Try emailing them with your intentions and ask them to let you know when they have successfully executed your instructions bearing in mind they need to do so before 5th October (48 hours before the Meeting on 7th October) - I did the same with Hargreaves Lansdown’s SIPP and all good according to the email response they sent me. Good luck.

Morning Liam, I've just called barclays investments centre to vote,they normally need 7 working days but they will endeavour to get my votes in before the deadline.
I voted in favour of all resolutions.
