Havieron is a deep, rich, vertical compact orebody
We have a reserve estimate with high cut offs, this means that every ton that comes out is more valuable than a lower cut off.
De Grey is spread out over many miles in numerous small camps .
Their resources (no reserves resource that I can see) are all added together.
That to me is the first concern as each anomaly will have different factors effecting each resource.
This will accumulate into a high waste factor or dilution.
The industry standard is 15% Hemi could be more with the numerous deposits.
Havieron is 6% due to its compact shape.
De Greys have not announced a dilution factor or a recovery plan.
They are nowhere near a Feasibilty Study or a funding route.
The plant costs are estimated to be $1,050,000,000 and as far as I can see only $13m have been raised.
The grade cut offs are 0.3g/t above 350m well there’s not much below that level so the grades are week.
It will need 3.3 times as many truck movements to Havieron 1 truck
Oh and there’s no copper oops
