What is GGP worth if DEG is worth so much...

From the article above: "The definitive feasibility study (DFS) from September 2023 had an estimated net present value (NPV) of $2.9 billion, conducted at a gold price of $2700 per ounce (oz). DEG now worth AUD$3.3bill or GBP£1.7bill today's closing price. So what is a fair valuation of GGP when all things considered?
Surely GGP is worth at least a similar valuation... £673mill currently versus £1.7bill ...
= 2.5times today's share price of 6.5pence = 16.5pence which is close to the latest Cannacord broker update of 15p.
