Only too pleased to help, Liam. Thought you might need a cup for each part of the presentation. Don't let then get cold.

Re: The REAL Macro Situation = GGP Buying opportunity

I'm still buying the bargain basement prices below 7p; albeit not quite 2m shares at a time! ;)

Ticker stocks

I know it may be a bit premature, but is there any chance we could add Newmont price to the tickers?

Cheers

Nice drill results this morning, adding to confidence in the SE crescent for both Au and CU.

Re: Newmont and Telfer (with Havieron)

Totally agree with all your points and the costs/profit will be 70/30 whichever way you look at it. My points aren't contradictory to that, but they are only my thoughts on the matter. Cheers John jecsggp. As the ore is taken out of Havieron, it will not be split down into GGP ore and NCM/NEM ore......

Re: Newmont and Telfer (with Havieron)

Hi Bamps I agree a mining plan for 30% of the orebody is unlikey to get approval especially as the full extent of the ore body and richness content is not yet fully assessed. I'm was not suggesting a mining application was just the top rich stuff but, like Telfer was mined, it will take decades to t...

Re: Newmont and Telfer (with Havieron)

I completely agree the odds have shortened. All going swimmingly well! I envisage a big company developing and a lot of things happening 'in parallel'. A few thoughts IF they were to get Telfer.... ,,,, this new situation could make the need ( at greater cost than their existing loan arrangement ) t...

Re: Newmont and Telfer (with Havieron)

Firstly, I can't see a gold source as large and economical as Havieron not getting mined. Secondly, Newmont will only want to keep profitable sites. As Telfer is almost worked out as a gold mine, it only has value if there is a close source of ore. Havieron would fit that requirement as would any ot...

Re: ASX Listing

Things are moving really fast. A rapid board response is needed. I'm sure all these ideas were already simmering on the back burner. Following the Newmont/Newcrest deal (if it passes) it will all kick off. Real discussion on this cash raise probably have arisen after the town hall meeting. There wil...

Re: Newcrest enters into binding scheme implementation deed with Newmont

A good day's reading! I've done an initial 'skim-through' and your useful and relevant summary from section 6 focuses the mind. It much appreciated. It seems that they need to maintain the status-quo with GGP (among others) while finalising the sale so no concerns there. (Oh! to be a fly on the wall...

Re: Mining Plan

Many thanks - I was really thinking about those 'other works' associated with the decline as they all take 'tunnelling' time. J Well @ 1::7 with 420m depth the length can’t change that much. Shaun mentioned his favourite number is 2800. I couldn’t remember where we found this and surprised the venti...

Re: Mining Plan

Bamps. Thanks for the information, but was this before or after the changes made to the start direction of the decline - which may have made a difference to the overall length?

Looking interesting on todays drill result. We know depth is minable but viable only if we find enough metal.

Re: "Paris in the spring time"

Surely there are opportunities to fit some in upside down between the existing eiffel towers? ;) Rising to the pedantry challenge, one of my favourite hobbies..... Google assured me what the dimensions are. The tower has a square base so the outer edge of the legs are 125m apart on both length and w...

Re: "Paris in the spring time"

Just a perdantic thought about tip to tip! If it is 125m tip to tip doesn't that make the distance between adjacent legs nearer 100m? So can you get more 'across' in the Havieron hole? The most recent JORC from 25th January 2023 described the Eastern Breccia within Havieron thus:- ......over 500m in...
