Looks like it's listed as an OTC market which stands for over the counter - I assume it's a vehicle for US people to buy shares when they don't have easy access to AIM for whatever reason that might be.

It is appears on my US account, as a US listing.

No RNS due -it isn't being listed on an American exchange, it's over the counter:

Thanks Wildbill, I understand that, but it will mean the GGP shares will trade to OTC times? Thus will have a seperate float of tradeable shares?
So should make a difference against our short friends?
