Lloyds, Halifax and iWeb

Post by Bottle Rocket - Liam »

LLoyds, Halifax and iWeb are all part of the same company. as we currently understand it, the process is the same for all three.

This was sent to us by a Lloyds account holder.
"I am not sure this information is relevant for anyone else, but my GGP holding is done via my Lloyds ISA trading account. Lloyds does not count a General meeting as a Corporate Action so there is no option to vote online. However, I have cast my vote via the Chat option by providing my ISA Personal Reference Number, Company and date of the meeting. My vote will now be processed on my behalf by the Lloyds voting team. Hope this info is of help to others in similar circumstances."
iWeb's, chat can be found here.

"My experience this year (2024) for voting through iWeb is that they sent an email which I was able to reply to rather than using 'chat' function".

- Look for an email from iWeb - stockbrokingvotingperks@lloydsbanking.com
