Re: GGP Updated Share Information
The multi ID non holding trolls were up in arms yesterday - why are they getting so desperate...?
Yet again they try so hard to persuade PIs to sell, It seems? Then comically ,saying they "would buy in at 5p"
What's going on for them...? Ah yes - of course - no cheap shares, in the Raise? : well HeHehe Too bad folks.
The Hedge funds and 'flippers' and non holding Trolls were deliberately excluded. Even Actus Ray were actively cut out by Shaun.
This is why it didn't hit the placing price IMO
Moving forward - IMO GDXJ must top up big time next ... I suspect they will need to at least double their holding from circa 240m to 500m+
BUT - then if the GDX steps in all bets are off. Some basic back of the envelope calcus suggest GDX would need to invest around US $50-70m for approx 7-8% of GGP. Typically GDX holdings are 2 x GDXJ holdings.
Critically Also - there are no Australian Superannuation funds declared - YET - this raise was cornerstoned by institutional mining specialists - the industrial investors I talked about years ago, have now arrived. Presumaby becuase they require an ASX listing.
Meanwhile, just seen some really interesting drilling for the West Dome Deeps. including 8m at 17.7g/t
From 1321m to 1853m there was reef style gold literally all the way down... THe WEST DOME DEEPS ARE MASSIVE 500m of reef style mineralisation.
Enjoy the churn...
WARNING - Many non-holding trolls were badly harmed in the making of this funding round (which is why they are so deeply vindictive and bitter)

Re: GGP Updated Share Information
Hydro, the Newmont shares have not been issued yet until the deal is signed, sealed and delivered.
As StarBright wrote on LSE today at 08:51:
Of the 5.2bn placing shares then:
675m to Wyloo
797m to Tembo
637m to Firetrail
That leaves about 3bn as yet unaccounted for. With the disclosure threshold at 3% then any holdings >312m should show up. I'm a little surprised we haven't seen a few more as that's only £15m per pop at the placing price. Perhaps GGP can't disclose these until they are formally notified, and there are a few more to come?

Hi Leslie - This is from 2013 - after which NCM never mentioned it again ( pursuing other targets instead ) .leslieby101 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2024 9:38 amHydro, where can I view those please? Can only find a 2013 PDF atm - help.

Re: GGP Updated Share Information
Hydro et all
Seen a post on LSE today that the volume lent out has increased substantially suggesting shorting via the likes of Actus Ray may have increased
Are there any up to date stats on open shorts etc as I have felt some of the last few days trading may not be just instos from the fund raising taking profits and hence why we are back in the 5's
Cheers

Re: GGP Updated Share Information
Certainly looks like shorting today (though I'm still topping up into the 'falling knife'! ) I see Berenberg have upped us 1p to 7p.
