120m shortfall?

Mornin all, basking in the glow of the SP doing what we all know/hope it should, and saw a comment about a 120m share shortfall needing to be closed (by someone else).

I've been about for a while but I think this is the first time I have seen mention of this.

Is someone able to help me out with who needs to buy 120m shares please?
