Hey guys,
Anyone able to translate the RNS for us not so knowledgeable folk, is it good/bad/indifferent?

Cheers

Excellent result - great work by all concerned - inside the company and those of us outside. :)

Time to move onwards and upwards (except the drilling!)

Excellent result. Very high percentage of the votes 'for' all five resolutions. This shows there was no concerted effort to scupper SDs plans.

I notice that 'only' 1.681 billion votes were cast out of 4,572 billion in issue which is about 37%.

Where were the other 73%? Non voting ETFs, PI's, investment funds? Anyone have any ideas? Just curious that's all.

The last AGM was only 726m votes cast bud, Liam has done an excellent job of pushing engagement by PI's and no doubt played a part in those extra 1bn votes cast alongside the natural pivotal pull of the EGM assisting - a hell of an achievement I feel :-)

We are now moving on from being a minnow to building a pathway to hopefully become a leading Oz mining and exploration company over the next few years, today was transformational, pivotal and monumental.

Interesting to find out who the 17.4m who voted against resolutions 1 and 2?
Could that have been JPM...? At least the 95m on loan weren't utilised, not that it would have mattered.
A rather pathetic attempt at disruption, as it happened, in the face of a steamroller PI turnout.
Well done everyone.
We're move forward, fully funded, with an astonishing show of support for Shaun Day and his vision.
