Share price GGP vs. 70% and Telfer

Post by Frolinde »

Hi All,

Am i the only one that thinks “the good guys” are keeping the lid on the SP? Main reason being that the SP of GGP should , once the deal is sealed, be in line with what will be paid for the 70%, in combination with Telfer.

Moreover, a low GGP SP helps in convincing NM that the 70% is worth it exactly that valuation, pro rata.

So the 300 mio GBP currently, includes 30% Telfer already. Once the deal falls through we are of to the races. If the deal is sealed we are of to the races as well.

No idea mate. But, yes, the thought crossed my mind.
I’m well suspect of Global Prime Partners.

They bought over 2% 6 months ago, but, very very patiently. They are an anonymous custodian for someone and they recently sold a lot into weakness.

I wondered if it’s Wyloo, I have to say.

Makes a lot of sense how all this narrative seems stage managed (and no DFS appeared)… Why sell now when you could have sold into L&G - where they would have made really good profit?

It’s almost as if Newmont said “what can you afford to pay?” and let’s work backwards from there.
In the end, Truth prevails...

A win win maybe?
