Morning all, mixed feelings on the news but somewhat excited I think..

I'm a little confused about the retail offer, how do I get access to it if I want to buy at 4.8p, I cannot find how on HL and I've had no secure messages?

Is the retail offer not available until October?

Thanks Spondy, I am in for the long haul and have no plans to sell any time soon, just wanted to make sure I made the right choices in voting and wanted the opinions of those more experienced and wise folk I know frequent this board.
